   Hi my name is Tyler Bradt. I was born in Hamilton, MT and have been living in Stevensville, MT for the last 9 years. I am currently in the eighth grade. I have been boating since I was six years old so this will be my ninth season paddling. My dad got me started paddling along with the help of one of my really good friend Jesse Lakes who for my first six years boating has helped me get into my drytop and put my spray skirt on the boat for me. About four years ago I was able to put everything that Jesse taught me to use and win the first rodeo I ever entered and got my first sponsor, Board of Missoula. The owner of Board of Missoula, Jeff France helped me get sponsored by Wave Sport. About three years ago I met Seth Warren who has taught me all of the advanced moves I know and is about the coolest guy ever. Seth has helped me get sponsored by Stolquist last year. In the summer of 2000 I was lucky enough to film with TGR in the making of NURPU and I am planning on traveling with them to Iceland in the making of their next film.

Update July 24, 2001

    After switching boat companies Tyler is currently in Iceland having also just spent two weeks in Norway with Teton Gravity Research. Only a few misshaps (nine stitches in the chin) so far, he should be home soon. He will leave again in January to attend Adventure Quest for his Freshman year. His rodeo season went fairly well with a solid second place finish in Jackson Hole.

NT: How you feeling this morning?
Tyler: Great, ready to go boating (laughing)
NT: What other sports do you do?
Tyler: Snowboard; Football, sometimes when it doesn’t interfere with boating; Hitting on hot girls.
NT: If you had a million bucks what would you use it for?
Tyler: Traveling
Nt: Where?

Tyler: Everywhere with water.
NT: Are you excited about Iceland?
Tyler: Yeah! It's going to be a blast hanging with TGR again.
NT: Are you competing in rodeos this spring?
Tyler: Tchhssss Yeah.

NT: What ones?
Tyler: Missoula Whitewater Cham-pionships, Bigfork, Jackson hole.
NT: What is a perfect day?
Tyler: Sleeping in, going boating with TGR, and hanging out with my college friends.
NT: Are your family and friends stoked on your TGR segment?
Tyler: yeah they were psyched.
