Mute Back Flip-
Similar to a spin, its important to think about the flip
first, then the grab, then the tweak, then the landing.
Set your flip up like a tuck, only with more rotation
then you need, because you will slow down in the air.
As soon as you tuck, go for the grab as quickly as possible.
You want to be tucked and grabbing before the first quarter
of your rotation is complete. Once youve gotten the
grab, arch your back as much as possible. This turns your
backflip into a laid out backflip and slows down your rotation
a lot, which is why you need to set up with more rotation
than you needed.
After you arched your back, youll be able to spot
your landing really quickly. Once your feet pass the top
of your rotation, its time to get ready to land. Look, then
stomp the landing.
