The left leg is tucked up and the
right leg is kept extended. The grab is done with the right
hand, which goes behind the right leg and grabs the left
ski either in front of the boot or under it.
HOW-TO
Assume
the position and pop
off the lip, tuck the left leg up, reach behind the
right leg, and grab behind the boot with the right hand.
Keep the other leg straight and extended. Use your non-grabbing
hand to keep you balanced by reaching out and above you.
Let go of the grab and prepare to land. Looks sick when
incorporated into spins and inverts.
