Kinked Rail-
Come into the take off with the rail centered between
your legs. When you hit the lip, jump a bit and turn your
skis 90 degrees to the rail.
As you start sliding, you want your feet totally flat
on the rail so that your base is sliding on the metal.
Stay focused on the end of the rail.
As you come to the first kink, shift your weight slightly
forward down the rail, so that your base is still flat
on the rail. To do the move keep your upper body, along
with your knees and ankles angled down the hill at the
transition.
At the end of the kink you need to move your weight back
with the angle of the rail. This is so youre ready
to slide on the flat section again, keeping your bases
flat, and still looking at the end of the rail. Make sure
your weight is centered over your skis.
At the end of the rail you can just ride it out, or try
to come off it switch for extra style points
