What
Niftytricks exists in order to be the bible of the freestyle action sports world. We will not sleep until we have captured every trick, cataloged every term, and allow anyone to push their sport up one more notch.
We can't do it alone (first because we aren't that good...), so that is why this site is now a wiki, anyone can (and everyone should) help us add, edit and delete the contents of this site. You can add photos, grab videos from YouTube and Vimeo, create your own profile of your exploits, and most importantly make sure that contents of this site are as accurate and as up to date as possible.
How
- Start off creating an account for yourself. Its super easy so don't procrastinate.
- Learn how to do some simple stuff with the wiki program
- Add, edit and tweak whatever your heart desires (or whatever you see that needs it!)
- Finally, create a profile page for yourself so that you can show the world how much you rip!
Why
Because without raising the bar our sports become stagnant. Screw that! We want them to keep progressing and to do that we need to keep pushing ourselves. So promise yourself that you are going to learn a new trick every day (or at least every week), read up on it, watch some videos then go out there and prove to yourself that you are not going to let your sport go sour.
